Music Supervisor for US and International Film, TV, Web and Advertising
Jen started in publicity at Formula PR in NYC working for Nine Inch Nails, Portishead, Chemical Brothers, Marilyn Manson, Prodigy and many more. After forming her own publicity company, Black & White, she represented several artists and labels including The Hellacopters, The Hives, Backyard Babies, Gearhead Records and Hydrahead Records to name a few.
In 2009, Jen decided to leave the world of PR and began a new career in music supervision. For the past seven years, she has been working in both scripted and non-scripted TV and most recently supervised ATLANTA created and starring Donald Glover on FX. She is also the music supervisor for Baskets starring Zach Galifiankis, Netflix’s Lady Dynamite, the upcoming YouTube Red series, Step Up, based on the film franchise and the new Fox drama The Resident. On the reality side, she is supervising the MTV hit series Are You The One?, now entering its sixth season and The Platinum Life on E! produced by STX.
In the film world, Jen music supervised Paul Bettany’s directorial debut Shelter, starring Jennifer Connelly, Muted, starring Chandra Wilson, the Swedish sci-fi thriller Bieffekterna (English Title: Origin) as well as the YouTube sensation Video Game High School. She has also been a music coordinator for award-winning TV series such as Homeland, How I Met Your Mother, Awkward, The Inbetweeners, Bones, Criminal Minds, Elementary, The VICE Guide to Everything on MTV and many more.
Jen has been profiled in the NY Times, Washington Post, Fader and Decider for her work as a music supervisor and is based in West Hollywood.
