Category: Music Supes 2017

Rob Lowry is a Los Angeles based Music Supervisor for Film, TV, and Advertising.

Ever since the 8th grade, when Rob skipped school to catch an opening day screening of Almost Famous, he knew that he wanted to be a music supervisor. To date, Rob has music supervised a wide variety of projects, including hit TV shows (Freeform’s The Bold Type, FX’s Man Seeking Woman) and a plethora of films, such as recent festival favorites (Golden Exits, It’s Already Tomorrow in Hong Kong), indie darlings (Band of Robbers, About Alex), critically acclaimed documentaries (Amanda Knox, Chicken People) and cult classics in the making (Another Evil, Uncle Kent 2). Upcoming television projects include Hulu’s Future Man and TBS’ Miracle Workers. He has also worked on countless shorts, web series, and commercials. Along with experimenting with the perfect mixtape & tirelessly surveying the local music scene, Lowry spends his time as an avid coffee drinker, amateur surfer & unabashed defender of pop. He is also an unfortunate & disarmingly loyal member of the Miami Dolphins’ fan base.
